In 2021, the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General recommended a “Global Digital Compact” aimed at enabling the global community to connect respectfully in the digital age.

The Global Digital Compact is an agreement that would outline the world’s shared principles for an open, free and secure digital future.

For example, how do you think we should regulate A.I. and robots? What should we do to discourage cyber warfare?

These are questions the United Nations, it’s member countries and it’s citizens must think about as we enter a new digital age

    GET INVOLVED
    _______

The UN is seeking contributions from Nigerians, especially those that are conscious of the impact of the digital sector.

You will gain insight through our panel discussions.

DEF Nigeria is extending an invitation to our community, stakeholders and partners to join the dialogue, review and publish our report for presentation to the U.N.

Join the conversation and have your idea captured as part of the rules that govern the internet or the future.
