In the world of domains, it’s first come first serve. Linda Ikeji has been using a blogspot since 2006, and didn’t bother to register an actual domain.
Of course, it was only a matter of time before someone would buy the dot com. Linda is said to make close to a million dollars per annum, making her unclaimed domains a fiery red bull’s eye for even more cybersquatters. Linda didn’t care about any of this until Google pulled her blogspot for alleged copyright infringement. Now she has to register a domain willy nilly. The trouble is, all the good ones are gone.
