Following the return of African materials to fashion and style, a platform now exists for African fashion connoisseurs to get their fix.

The Ankcara Marketplace is a place for people to buy and sell African fashion merchandise [clothes and accessories]. The buyers have the ability to browse and purchase unique products from a large and diverse group of sellers, as well as develop and maintain relationships directly with fashion designers.

Officially Launched in December 2013, the marketplace also helps African fashion designers start their own businesses. Designers and retailers are able to sell and market their unique African fashion.

The Ankcara Marketplace is based in Atlanta, Georgia; and was founded by Chuks Erinne, Onyi Erinne, Kenny Erinne and co-founded by Hope Anusiem of Chianu Fashion.
