Jumia has partnered with the Ghana’s Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST), to boost Jumia’s presence in Kumasi Ghana.
As part of the partnership, three MEST entrepreneurs in training (EITs), Alexander Okereke, Jerry King and Prince Anim have been deployed to build up the Jumia office in Kumasi, Ghana’s second largest city.
“Jumia is very excited about launching in Kumasi & bringing GREAT prices to new customers there,” MD of Jumia Ghana, Sam Chappatte said in a MEST news release. “We are very confident that the dynamic MEST students will have a big impact in the coming weeks & learn a lot in the process.”
