We know for certain that Facebook will launch Messenger Chatbot and Live Chat APIs. Everyone’s gone bot-crazy these days, and it’s not hard to see why. App usage rates are tanking and companies want to bring their services to the apps users are spending the most time in: messaging. There will also likely be talk about letting news publishers deliver content (and adverts) to users via Messenger.
