HP has provided best-in-class services and support to ensure that users of the company’s products enjoy a trouble-free repair experience.  HP Service Centers now support all repair services of HP Commercial & Consumer Personal Systems and Printers in Nigeria. The HP Service Centers are located in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. 

This initiative is designed to provide customers with a single point for an end to end trouble-free repair experience, helpful information and technical solutions through the brand’s official direct service centres, thus increasing consumer confidence in the brand and nurturing brand loyalty.  

HP Support Offers; 

Onsite Service (OS)

If HP ultimately determines that an on-site service is required to repair a defect, the intervention will be scheduled during standard office hours. The response time may vary, and additional charges may be incurred, depending on travel constraints and distance from the nearest HP Support location or HP authorized service provider (travel zones).

Carry-In Service (CI)

The customer will be required to deliver the HP Hardware Product to an authorized service location for warranty repair. This is an Offsite service.
