Bluechip Technologies, a Nigerian owned company that specializes in data warehouse and business intelligence applications with offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Lusaka, Zambia, was recently named the 2014 Oracle Specialized Partner of the Year: BI/EPM – African Operations, in recognition of the company’s longstanding relationship with Oracle.
The prestigious award was handed to the company at the Oracle Partner Day Networking Dinner, graced by Oracle Executives and African Partners, held on the 2nd of April 2014 in Accra, Ghana; and was accepted by Kazeem Tewogbade and Olumide Soyombo, the co-founders of Bluechip Technologies Limited.
Speaking on the award, the coufounders have attributed the success of Bluechip, which was founded in 2008, to their people, approach, and their culture. According to Olumide Soyombo, the company has amassed extensive resources in data warehousing, business intelligence, applications development, and business analysis and project management.
Kazeem Tewogbade and Olumide Soyombo with Tope Ajao are also the founders of LeadPath Nigeria – a seed capital fund that provides seed funding for startups in high growth technology areas such as software, web, payment and mobile technologies.
