Nokia announced last year that its Nokia Store will be replaced by Opera Mobile Store by the first half of 2015. Apparently, this already happened.

The Nokia Store for the classic Nokia phones (Series 40, Series 60, Symbian, Asha or Nokia X), transformed into Opera Mobile Store when we were not looking.

The mobile phone division of the Finnish tech powerhouse folded into Microsoft early last year, with the announcement coming few months after. True to the announcement, store.ovi.com now lands you here; OMS.

Microsoft seemingly is engaging in some extreme purge of everything Nokia, after the Nokia Lumia was rebranded as Microsoft Lumia October last year.

Classic Nokia users don’t seem to be up to unique troubles with the new development, Opera says it, “continues to sell and support classic Nokia devices, which remain popular in many parts of the world.
