Enyata, the company behind Project BuildUp, has released the lists of winners for the second edition of the community initiative.
BuildUp 2.0, just as it was with its preceding edition, aimed to develop talents within the tech community. This theme is one that resounds through Enyata’s community strategies; from the Academy programs fostered by both the Nigerian and Ghanaian offices to the online Community events held weekly, the company has dedicated much of its efforts to help the communities in which they operate.
A closer look at the company’s operations shows the same level of commitment towards growing as a brand. Along with their general business of building technological solutions, they have a catalog of management systems that they leverage to help enterprises better control their affairs. These are Instrail (Insurance Management System), Inventory by Enyata, and the recent HRMS in their arsenal of brand products.
The company continues to work towards expanding its reach beyond Africa. According to the CEO, Oladayo Oyelade, “At the end, it’s really about providing value. The only way we measure success here at Enyata is by looking at how much we’ve been able to do to impact the businesses and communities we work with.”
This edition’s winners will each be getting a Macbook to help facilitate their professional journeys. They are split equally between two demographical variables - professional track and gender. The deciding factors for getting a laptop were a mix of merit, conviction, urgency, and capacity.
The company is currently working to create structures to support the growth of everyone within the community. Other techies who miss out on this opportunity are advised to keep an eye on Enyata’s social media for further rollouts.
