Lamudi Nigeria, an online real estate marketplace, has launched its real estate agency’s call center, Lamudi Dial4Home.

Lamudi’s Dial4Home service will give property-seekers the opportunity to access Lamudi’s services via voice call and SMS. This channel will serve as an alternative to the online end of Lamudi’s service.

Lamudi’s Dial4Home will provide services every day of the week. Services on Mondays to Fridays will be between 8am to 8pm while services on Saturdays and Sundays will begin by 10am and 12am respectively and end by 5pm.

According to Obi Ejimofo, Managing Director of Lamudi Nigeria, “We developed Dial4Home to assist those property-seekers with little or no access to the Internet. Through voice calls and SMS, they can now search a wide selection properties, from affordable housing to luxury accommodation.”

The Launch of the Dial4Home initiative by Lamudi is not unique to the Nigerian market as the same service was launched by Lamudi Kenya earlier today. The call center service is also operated in other Lamudi agencies in other parts of the world.

Launched in 2013, Lamudi Nigeria is part of ecommerce platforms, such as Kaymu, EasyTaxi, Jovago and Jumia, established by Africa Internet Group.
