AppCircus

Well, it’s finally here. If you’ve been following this story, you’ll realise that the AppCircus Lagos is happening tomorrow, Thursday October 8. And everyone’s invited.

This will be the finale of the Lagos edition and Intel will be sending the winner to Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress 2016, where they will be pitching against developers and startups from around the world at the Mobile Premier Awards (MPA).

The MPA is arguably the biggest app competition and a reference event for early app innovation. Previous winners include apps such as Waze, Layar and Swiftkey.

Well, these nine apps/startups could be joining that lucky group tomorrow:

Scantranx POS, Verge POS, Swap Naija, RouteBuzz, BrainFriend, Campus Pal, Kunku, Koko for Messenger and Ask an Expert Live Chat.

Event Details

Venue: Co-Creation Hub Nigeria. 6th Floor, 294 Herbert Macaulay Rd, Lagos, Nigeria.

Date: Thursday, October 8, 2015

Time: 4:00pm

You don’t have to be a finalist to attend. You could just be in the neighbourhood. Or pop in to scout out the competition. Or maybe glean one or two things from the pitch sessions, to brush up on your own presentation skills.

Everyone’s invited. More details at the link.
