Linguist & Activist for African Languages and Technology
Kọ́lá Túbọ̀sun is a Nigerian linguist, writer, and activist for African languages in technology. Past work includes Google Nigeria and Oxford University Press Dictionaries. Currently a Chevening Research Fellow at the British Library, he will be speaking about his work in language advocacy, advances in speech technology and localization, and the role of technology in building the future we desire and deserve.
