Online hotel booking service, Jovago, has launched a 24-hour customer service center in their Nairobi offices.
According to a media release obtained by TechCabal, the round-the-clock center will provide booking services, customer advice as well as support via live chats and call center services. The idea is part of the company’s goal to achieve tailor-made services that drive successful enterprises.
“Customers are now able to reach the department on +254770901110, not just for bookings verification but also for information on trip and value add-ons, holiday planning insights and advice on preferred payment channels.” said Elizabeth Mbugua, Head of Customer Service Jovago East and Southern Africa.
Customer and guest enquiries are expected to be attended to all through the year with this new strategy. The company has been expanding rapidly recently with its services extended to Bangladesh, Dar Es Salaam including a partnership deal with Afrotourism.
