HyBot, Hygeia HMO’s health insurance assistant on social media helps Hygeia HMO simplify engagement with members on WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and webchat.

eBanqo is proving to be a force to reckon with in the customer service industry with its recent partnership with Hygeia HMO to increase Nigeria’s best HMO’s client service options with the implementation of a conversational AI-powered chatbot, known as HyBot. 

HyBot automates responses to frequently asked questions, provides self-service options for enrollment and plan purchases, and gives real-time assistance to customers on the web chat, Facebook Messenger, Twitter direct messaging, and WhatsApp. Without leaving their preferred messaging platform, enrollees get immediate support by chatting with Hygeia HMO’s customer experience champions.
