In 2017, after five years of building out and running jobs aggregation platform, Insidify, Emmanuel Okeleji and his team pivoted due to market realities. Job aggregator sites are an American or European solution and are modelled after the way the markets would seek out or recruit human resource, Okeleji explained. A year after the pivot, the medical doctor turned tech entrepreneur, led his team to launch an applicant tracking system (ATS) which employers were willing to pay for. Within a short while, they were approached by one of their ATS clients to build a human resource management system for $26,000. This week’s #MyLifeinTech chronicles SeamlessHR’s journey from jobs aggregator platform, Insidify to HR platform used by some of Nigeria’s leading banks. |
